    Hello, my name is Randall Leath. I am the Service Director at Toyota 101. Our hope is to provide a one of a kind experience when you bring your Toyota in for service.

    I have been at Toyota 101 since 1998. Prior to my current position, I worked as service advisor at Alameda Ford. 

    I am a Bay Area native, from San Jose originally. In my spare time, I enjoy being with family and volunteering as a triathlon coach with Team in Training (LLS).

    Hi my name is Denny Stange. I have been with Toyota 101 for 13 years. I started out as a Service Advisor and then moved on to become the Customer Relations Manager. Prior to working for Toyota, I owned my own Foreign Car Repair shop in Sunnyvale for 32 years. When I sold my business, I chose to go to work for Toyota as I honestly felt they have the best product. And still do!

    In my off time, I play golf. On Fridays, I become a caretaker for my89 year old Mother and on weekends spend time with my wife and some of my Grand Kids.

    I really enjoy helping the customers at Toyota 101. Many of these have become friends.

    I've been working with Toyota for 17 years and I've always appreciated the quality and reliability of all our vehicles. Here at Toyota 101 I've had the opportunity to work with many of our customers and truly appreciate the working relationships I've had with the many Toyota owners I've come across over the years.

    When I'm not working with our great customers I can be found at a pool party grilling on the BBQ, rooting for the Nebraska Cornhuskers or just spending quality time alone with my family.

    Toyota 101 has been a great place to work and I've made many memories with my coworkers in and out of the dealership. Toyota 101 has provided me with the tools so that I may achieve my goal of providing the best customer service possible.

    Hello, my name I Eric and I am a longtime employee with Toyota 101. I started working here in 1989 and left for a little while, but I am back and I'm proud to say Toyota 101 is still the same family-friendly and customer-oriented place it was 27 years ago. I have worked with other automakers, but can say with confidence that Toyota is the best automaker around.

    I have been around cars my whole life and if I'm not at work you can find my teeing off on the golf course or traveling to Reno. Here at Toyota 101 we offer the best customer service in the peninsula and that is what brought me back and continues to keep me here after all these years.

    My name is Josh and I am an Assistant Service Manager here at Toyota 101. I have been here for 15 years and have worked as a lube technician, parts driver, front parts counterperson and customer relations assistant. I love to help people with all their service needs and am always glad to assist our customers who need a Spanish speaker.

    In my spare time, I love to travel with my wife to other countries, read, go wine-tasting, watch concerts and every so often stop to engage in conversation at the local sports bars in the peninsula.

    Toyota 101 is a great place to work and I'm lucky to work with a world-class staff as we try to provide exceptional customer service to each person that visits our dealership. It's the kind of place where we are encouraged to grow and continue moving forward.

    Hello, I am Todd Welch and I have been an Assistant Service Manager here at Toyota 101 for the last 12 years. I've been in the automotive industry for the last 25 years and have had the pleasure of helping many customers in and out of the peninsula and ensuring that every visit is as smooth as possible. When I'm not assisting with vehicle maintenance at Toyota 101 I like to shred fresh powder on my snowboard, go mountain biking in the wilderness or hiking in Sonoma.

    I have worked with Toyota 101 since I was in college and since then have worked my way around the dealership. I have worked as cashier, rental agent, lot porter, shuttle driver, customer relations and now as an Assistant Service Manager. One of the things I love about working here is that many of our repeat customers have been coming here since I started and have watched me grow.

    In my spare time, I can be found reading, hiking, at the gym or spending time with my wife preparing for our first child. Here at Toyota 101 there is a familial connection with all our employees and I have been given the proper tools to make Toyota 101 the best dealership for customer service in the Peninsula.

    I've only been with Toyota 101 for a little over a year, but in my 22-plus years in the car business I am thoroughly satisfied with the level of quality and reliability these vehicles offer. Toyota maintenance is very simple and straight-forward and I have no doubt that with the proper care we can keep the vehicles we service running for a long time.

    When I'm not working at Toyota 101 I can be found cheering on the Oklahoma Sooners or cheering on my son as he plays his final year of High School Football. Toyota 101 has not only been a great place to work, but it has also provided me the opportunity to focus on what I love most outside of work.

    The friendships I've made in my short time here have been memorable and I've come to understand why we have such a loyal customer return rate. We value our customers here and they always greet us with a warm smile and friendly demeanor. My goal is to provide the best customer service possible here and continue to build the relationships that keep our dealership moving forward.

    Hello, my name is Rich and although I am new to Toyota 101 I bring to the service drive 30 years of quality automotive experience. I have an outgoing personality and love working with others. I ran an independent shop for over 10 years and have familiarized myself with all aspects of the service industry.

    I am an avid car nut and in my lifetime, I have owned over 100 cars and counting. Toyota has always been known to be an exceptionally made vehicle and is second to none in reliability.     Hello, my name is Regina Van Dine, I have been with Toyota 101 since 1995 as the Warranty Administrator.  After all these years, I still like the fact that I learn new stuff every day and work with a great set of people who have become family.  

    One of my main things I enjoy doing on my free time is cooking for my family and friends, experimenting with taking new recipes and developing my own twist to them.
