We found the vehicle we wanted on their website, and called to inquire about its availability. We were coming to purchase the vehicle from 400 miles away and Frankie and Leesa worked hard to make the whole process very easy and painless.

My family and I bought a car from Mr. Mark Galvante, who was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The whole process was easy, and at no point did Mark show an ounce of unprofessionalism because we asked a lot of questions. :) We definitely will be referring him to our friends and family for car purchases. Great dealership with best staff that I have ever seen. I recently purchased 2024 Toyota Sienna Platinum AWD from Toyota 101 dealership. My experience of working with Sean Amir (Sales Manager) was very pleasant. He was very transparent and honest throughout the entire process. He addressed all my queries very patiently and was available to give time when required. Due to his efforts I was able to get the car 1 month earlier than expected time. I got my car at MSRP price and there were no hidden markup charges. I have seen sales managers from other dealerships being pushy for purchasing add-on but that was not the case with Sean as it was completely optional. The overall process for car pick-up was also easy and fast as Sean had all things setup in advance. I would recommend folks to reach out to Sean if they ever need to buy new or old car.

I am writing an unusual review because, in the end, we were unable to purchase a car, even though we received excellent help from our salesperson Castulo Herrera Lopez. I am writing instead to encourage anyone who is interested in buying a car to go to Toyota 101, Redwood City and speak with Castulo. From the first time we walked into the dealership and were directed to Castulo, we knew we had met a decent and caring salesman. We came back four different times and each time, we had a great experience working with Castulo, whose excellent understanding of the Toyota lineup of cars and his competent help in clearly explaining the different features of the Toyota Corolla Cross, the Toyota Corolla Hydrid and the Rav 4 Hybrid, helped us immensely in understanding what car might work best for us. Though we were not able to purchase a car from Toyota 101, we want others to know that there is a forthright and knowledgeable young salesperson who will work with you to find the best car for your family. Quite honestly, we have never met a car salesman like this young man and if you are fortunate enough to work with Castulo and Toyota 101, we know you will find the right car at a fair price. We just purchased a 2024 RAV4 Hybrid at Toyota 101, and really enjoyed working with Roy Almeyda. He worked hard to find us the car that we wanted and kept us informed about his progress. He was a wealth of information about the vehicle prior to our decision and after delivery when we had questions. He always recognized us when we walked into the lot and addressed us by name. We highly recommend asking for him to help you with your purchase. As for the dealership, we really appreciated that they did not tack on a dealer fee and that we did not have to haggle our price. It was understood when we ordered the car that we would be paying the MSRP, where other dealers wanted to add up to $5,000 markup. We will definitely deal with them again and work with Roy for sure! My husband and I were well aware that we needed a replacement for our tired 23 yr. old vehicle. We had been looking casually for about a year, we went to a few dealerships in other cities and finally came upon our very own hometown Toyota dealership and upon Luis Parada. He had a very casual approach, but boy did he speak cars. He showed us a few cars unfortunately they were black which is one of the 2 colors I didnt want (white and black) it was going to be a deal breaker. After test driving a Highlander we knew what we wanted and he got to work looking for the Dark Gray with light gray interior we wanted, he found it in Milpitas!! He even picked it up for us. We never felt pressured by him at any moment, he always made us feel comfortable, answered all our questions, we always felt heard, Thats why we were able to purchase our beautiful 2024 Highlander Platinum.. We highly recommend Luis, he is very knowledgeable in the cars he represents and he will get you what you want, if he doesn't have it on the lot and it exist somewhere nearby, he will find it. Me and my sister came here, Toyota 101, let me tell you, Roy Almeya was awesome. Greeted us as soon as we came in to the door and kept it nice, sweet, and simple. Answer all the questions we had and our crazy scenarios too. He went straight to the point and gave us a full tour of the car inside and out without a rush. He let us control our time with the car and with test driving it. Best customer service I’ve had in years to be honest!! I had a good experience at Toyota 101 in Redwood City Mainly because of Sean Amir in Sales. Sean was helpful, informative, patient, and low pressure. Sean answered all my questions. Sean also did not give me false expectations on the time it would take to get the Toyota I specifically wanted. When the car arrived, there were no surprise markups or unexpected extras. Since I got the car Sean has checked in with me to see if I had any issues or questions. I would recommend Sean and Toyota 101 for anyone looking for a new Toyota.
