We just purchased a new Highlander from Sean, we feel we got a very fair price. He is knowledgeable and was very patient with us, as we have not purchased a new vehicle in a long time (big learning curve for us). In addition, the finance guy, Nauroze was very thorough and calm in the last step before we drove our new vehicle home. Sean is working on ordering us a hitch. I have been a happy customer for 5+ years. The location is convenient and beautifully managed. The maintenance plans they offer are worth it. The workers are knowledgeable and kind. The shuttle service is a big plus since it works until late and allows me to go whenever I need service while not burdening others for a ride.
I bought a corolla le hybrid with Mark Galvante back in July. Pretty smooth experience and he removed the $395 after market installation. I put a deposit down for a Sienna in September of 2022. After a year of waiting, my family decided to go a different route. Phi Phan was very helpful and understanding from the beginning. They are sending me a refund for my deposit through the mail. I will definitely recommend Phi Phan at Toyota 101 to friends and family who are interested in buying a Toyota or a used vehicle.

We worked with Sean Amir. Overall the process was great. We put down a small deposit to hold a Grand Highlander. When I came in to purchase, they streamlined everything so we could be in and out in under 2.5 hours. This was great because usually dealerships go through the rigid steps. As with all dealerships, there was some upselling, but it was easy to navigate and I didn’t feel like I was treated unfairly. Would definitely buy here again.

Traveled from SoCal to Redwood City to purchase a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid. Initially contacted the dealership via their website and was contacted by Frankie and Gabby very quickly. Frankie was very responsive answering our questions via phone, email and text. The morning of our purchase, Frankie sent a video of our car and had it waiting for our arrival.
